100% recommend Nicole's hypnobirthing classes to anyone having a baby. We attended what was supposed to be a two day weekend course, but Covid messed with those plans which led us attending one full day in person and two additional zoom sessions. Nicole made sure that both the in-person and zoom sessions had the same high quality! Nicole's classes taught are packed full of evidence-based information, this led to both myself and my partner going through our birth feeling empowered and excited.

I took Nicole's Hypnobirthing classes when I was pregnant with my first baby at the end of 2022. Her classes were so informative and both my partner and I got so much out of them. I felt so calm and excited in the lead up to the birth and my partner was able to go into the day understanding how he could help and what to expect. I had such a positive birth experience and would recommend this to anyone expecting!

I took Nicole's classes for my second pregnancy, and I can't tell you how much I wish I'd known about them for my first! Despite being health professionals ourselves, Nicole gave us a different lens with which to view childbirth. And on the day of that birth, I was calm and empowered - a completely different experience from my first. I cannot recommend Nicole's classes more highly and truly believe they are the best preparation any mum-to-be can make prior to the arrival of her baby.(Note: Get in quick as she books out super quick!)
