Cynthia Khoo, the property manager, is very professional and responsive. She helped us find the property we wanted. When is time to move, she also tried to find us another suitable property with our needs in mind.I highly recommend that you contact her if you are searching for a property to rent or looking for a property manager to manage your property. She mediated fairly between our negotiations with the owner because she has a good understanding of the needs of both parties.

Exceptional quality and customer service. The building was done during Covid and there were numerous issues outside of their control.During this period we were always kept informed of developments and John was always available to answer questions.What was very comforting were the assurances I received from friends within the construction industry that John would do the right thing with his clients, which he did.DevelopWise has an excellent reputation which I will certainly be sharing with others.

When Developwise launched Sanctuary Apartments in September 2019, who would have predicted the tumultuous times ahead?It was not lost on me, just how fortunate I was to have chosen to invest with Developwise during this time. They dealt with all the turmoil and difficult decisions, to the best of my interest. To outsource subcontractors to essentially finish off unfinished work, is way harder than most people could imagine. All you can ask for as a client of Developwise is transparency and honesty during those difficult times that they encountered. Developwise conducted themselves with integrity throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending or investing with them again.

We have attended on the Sanctuary - Mount Pleasant Grand Launch last weekend and it was our first impression with Developwise. The Grand launch was a huge success, we had a wonderful time and are very grateful for John and his team for organizing, and inviting us. He is a real believer and has lot of faith in his developments, plans, and people.
