We dealt with Matty when purchasing a Traeger Ironwood 885 and accessories. He was super helpful in his recommendations and organisation of delivery through a third party freight company. High recommend for great service, which is not too common these days!

On a trip to Australia from the UK, I looked up BBQ stores near me that I could visit, and after finding Aussie BBQs I messaged them asking about certain items I was after (grillgrates for a Yoder YS640). I received a message from Allan letting me know they were in stock, and that he would hold them for me.I drove up to Brisbane from the Gold Coast and it was well worth the effort. Auusiie bbqs is an Aladdin’s cave of bbq equipment, with more brands of grills and smokers than I think I’ve seen under one roof.Incredible welcome and knowledge from Allan and the staff, and didn’t pressure us into making any purchase at all (we did!)I only wish I had a store like this near time at home in the UK. Loved it

Great range of BBQs and very friendly, helpful staff. They also have a lot of other stuff like fireplaces, heaters, burners and all kinds of accessories. I could have spent hours there.

Purchased a Weber Q1200 from these guys with the accessories as a gift and it was such a great experience. Unfortunately the gift could not be utilised due to body corporate laws and when I contacted them, they were super emphatic about the situation and was more than happy to process a full refund of the items I purchased. If anyone is looking to buy a BBQ, I'd highly recommend them for the excellent service ans options they have in store.
