All staff were friendly and interested, but they were not pushy. The vehicles i looked at were competitively priced for their condition. The team were accommodating to our requests for picking the vehicle up and made sure any issues I raised about the vehicle were fixed before I collected it.

I am not sure why my review was deleted, but I’ll write it again:STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. He sold me a car with professionally hidden issues. I had to spend 1500+ after a week of normal use. The door lock stopped working, and after a few days the wheels started making clicking noise when turning, and the windows not going down. You name it. I went back asking to fix the issues, and they first gave the car to a “partner” workshop. They took the car way more than the agreed time and gave it back to me in the same conditions. They just oiled here and there to prevent the noises, that appeared again in a few days. After an independent inspection, I had to change 1500$ of parts to make the car drivable. They refused to reimburse this money. I contacted the fair trading, and after almost a year and a case against the dealer, eventually agreed with me and forced the dealer to pay me back for the money I had spent.

I recently had a very negative experience with Gavin from Blue Chip Auto and feel compelled to share my thoughts in a Google review. Unfortunately, I purchased a car from this dealership with significant transmission and air conditioning issues. Not only did they sell me a defective vehicle, but they provided terrible customer service when I tried to address the problems. I feel like I was lied to and misled about the vehicle's condition before purchasing it.This dealership does not take accountability for the quality of the cars they sell or for their customer service. Therefore, I advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to think twice before doing so. They are not interested in providing quality cars or treating their customers respectfully and decently.I had a terrible experience with Blue Chip Auto and would not recommend them to anyone. The defective car and the appalling customer service made for a truly disappointing and frustrating experience. You sent the wrong part to fix the AC twice, which resulted in you finally putting in a new compressor, meaning the car was with your mechanic for over ten days.
