Absolutely love this place there is a great amount of products from guitars to DJ equipment and speakers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will always make sure you get a great deal. There isn't much parking space so it can be a little annoying driving and parking there but is ok with me because everything about the store makes up for it. If your looking for anything that they sell do not hesitate it come here

The fellow called Brent in your Leederville store lacks energy and helpfulness. He seems a little lazy. MO. Gave him a few basic clues I needed help and information with a product... Nope from Brent. The fellow who took my phone call 30 minutes before made a great effort and suddenly here I am in the store ... I'd give that guy five stars. Lo and behold as I'm driving out, there's Brent outside leaning on a car having a chin wag. Hmmm.

I made an online order to pick up. Staff were great. As soon as I walk in the doors, I'm acknowledged by the staff telling me they'll be right with me. The pick up goes well and I have a few questions which they were happy to help me out with. Definitely, without a doubt, A+ for service. There's parking out the front. I went on a weekday and had no problem getting a carpark.

I bought a set of Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones which straight out of the box clearly looked to have been tampered with or used, one of the cans was fallen off, the link piece was lying loose and a screw that held the piece on was missing.I asked them to kindly swap me over a good set and I got a long email back where I was told I need to have an inspection first in store, then sent off to a third party, then a decision made at their discretion as to whether I can get a replacement and the a 2-4 week wait.What a joke, when something is clearly falling to bits out of the box when the customer returns home from the store, you just swap it over.
