Taking Shape Robina

I visited T/S Robina on Friday 14th April and those two ladies working in there that day were next level with customer service and happiness in their job. They even steamed my top so I could wear it. 10/10 girls. X

Called in and shopped here the other day great store friendly staff.

Used to be a great shop. Customer service is unfortunately poor.Staff seem overwhelmed and don’t have the skills to maintain customer relationships.

Love the girls at your Robina store..both service and advice...have purchased many things from there I am a size 16...I can always find something ...my favourites are the jumpsuits...I now own 4...it's a shame I can't put up a pic....Judy P.

Early December I visited the Robina TC store, after hours of fruitless searching in the major stores to buy some pyjamas as an Xmas gift for my daughter. Sally (Visser-Marchant) assisted me way above and beyond . She took the time to explain all the different sizes and fabrics to me , and was so adept at understanding what I actually wanted when I was too frazzled to articulate ! Result was a beautiful pair of pyjamas that my daughter is still raving about ( they had pockets , big bonus) She now wants more for her upcoming birthday . Thank you so much Sally, Well done ‘Taking Shape’ for your excellent staff . I am one happy customer. Extra thanks to Sally for keeping my jam packed trolley safe while I navigated the huge queues for the bathroom. Happy New Year to you all.

Taking Shape is my favourite shop anywear! I have been buying TS since they opened in Pacific Fair at Myers, not sure how long,I moved to Robina and found it there, then TS and Virtuelle both opened shops outside Myer at Robina, and I found a staff member from Pacific Fair there . All staff always so helpful, this last few years with TS again at Robina the atmosphere is fabulous, and Rhonda and her staff amazing! They are so helpful choosing new items and honestly saying what looks best! Thinking must be 30 years or more I’ve enjoyed buying clothes, where before TS is was a matter of buying what fitted! I’m now going on 82 and just love having my favourite store so close, as I live close to Robina so don’t have to drive too far!! Thank you, love designs, fabrics, accessories and thoroughly enjoy trying clothes on now!! Kindly Jan Billett, Merrimac Gold Coast!

I visit taking shape robina nearly every weekend, and never leave without purchasing something!Sharyn is so genuine, knowledgable about fashion, remembers not only my name but my grand daughters name as well. She is always smiling and i cannot wait until my next shopping expedition.Regards Janice
