We (an SMB finance company with 90+ employees) have been using Cogenesis for over 2 years now and have been very happy with them for support. They were small enough to be flexible with our support needs as we have them in for a set number of hours each week on retainer (as additional IT support and cover) but large enough to have full support cover and a range of expertise levels. All the account, admins and support staff are competent, friendly and flexible and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

We selected Cogenesis as our IT partner a few years ago and we could not be happier with the returns this decison provided and keeps providing to the company. Highly recommended. Sean and their team are excelent, we are very happy with their performance and it is a pleasure to deal with them. I have done multiple requests during the last few months and I know it will get done quickly and efficiently. I have dealt with multiple IT companies before and never had such a good one as this one. It's incredible when you have an IT team that works with you and not against you.
