FCGC Gymnastics - Williams Landing

My two kids (age 5 and 6) love this place and so do I. The teachers are fantastic and I am very comfortable knowing that the kids are safe while they have so much fun. Plus the place is always spotless.

Good place for kids gym training and excercise.

Regular competitions held really gave us a peak into what goes on here. The trainers are focussed and friendly motivating kids to perform well!

Pathetic Experience. Stopped X-Gym class at the centre just by conducting one class of X-Gym and automatically enrolled kids to Beginner level. Agreed to their conditions then, as there was no choice. Had to drop enrolment due to a personal reason and then can not use make up classes ( Pending 2 classes still). Lot of communication gap between Venue staff and FCGC Account Management Staff. Williams Landing venue staff told us we can make use of make up tokens via an app anytime even if enrolment is not active but make up lessons are pending, but we are no longer can avail as per FCGC Account staff due to no active enrolment. Acc to them, to make use of it, have to enrol again and pay monthly charges again. As there is no centre near by, there is huge waiting list and hence there is no choice with Parents left just to listen it to FCGC management.

They do not pause your payment and keep the enrolment going if you are going overseas or you have any other special circumstances. Instead they suggest you to keep doing make up tokens for all the classes while you are overseas. That means if we are going overseas for 8 weeks then I will get 8 tokens and when I will come back they keep deducting money for all the future months but doesn’t carry forward the make up token money. Other option they give is cancel the enrolment and they won’t give you refund as per their so called refund policy. This is extremely unlawful. They should change their refund policy before some one will complain about them to legal body.

Pathetic experience during previous end of term assessment class. A female staff in 50s rudely annoyed a lot of parents and told them to try again next term. (parents may have been confused to make correct booking), and refused parents to even enter. I confronted her of her bad behaviour, then she tried to falsely accused me for abusing her. other family again told her that she is lying about me. I then confronted again that why she is lying. My child had correct registration for assessment. Anyways. When she left, she said sorry as she has mental health issues and walked off. It was sad, that she influenced the staff member who took my child assessment and at the end of class she said to my child you did really bad - no badge/medal for you"."

FCGC Williams Landing doesn’t have any refund policy which is ethically not right. My daughter attended classes for more than a year with them and due to covid we had make up tokens which I wanted to use, As unreasonable as it sounds you cant use your make up token without active enrollment which means you pay for more money to use your credits. We had nearly $150 worth of tokens and we had to move to a new suburb so I asked for refund and they said we don't do refund.I mean there must be some consideration for special circumstances. So bottom line is I lost my money and I paid them for free. Please be aware of this for new enrollment as well as existing enrollment. This is so not right.

Really appreciate the gymnastics coaches who are friendly and helpful. TheyTeach and demonstrate such a way that kids can easily understand  and make them listen carefully. All activities included during class were organized and age oriented most importantly kids had fun and really interesting.Thank you
