I bought a few items off the website and found the fit wasn’t right, or maybe it’s just the way it is. Anyway, went into the James Street shop to exchange and found out that I needed to go to the warehouse 5kms away as the shop and the website are not the same company. Staff were super nice and apologetic and stock was well displayed. Tried in a couple of items to make sure that we knew what to exchange it for at the warehouse. Everything was sorted and we’re now happy.

I had a great experience when shopping with my 2yo daughter Mila on Tuesday. Molly went out of her way to deliver awesome customer service and was super attentive to us while it was busy in the shop. Thanks Molly :)

Cool Store!A friendly and helpful gentleman helped me select a pair of trunks and some bikinis for my girlfriend but I could have easily spent more in there. I was digging the music in store on their Spotify playlist - Rhythm Radio Sounds. They also had an epic promo going.All round good vibes!

I’ve bought two pair of swimmers from here and both broke within 6 months. They would not replace them and said it was my fault for wearing them in the pool. Sorry last time I checked that’s where you wore swimmers!

American customer experience:Bought some clothing from them only to realize it's basically Alibaba/Shien quality clothing jacked up in price. Their return policy involved me paying >$200 to return my goods back to Australia. There's no warning on their website about returning to Australia...Side note, they're going to write sustainability" on every surface they can

Customer service staff went above and beyond to get me the bikini I wanted in time for the long weekend. Amazing experience, and amazing bikinis. Highly recommend!

Nice casual clothing, however the staff need to figure out what customer service is rather lazing around talking about how inspired they are by the latest instagram fad. Expect to be ignored until you hit the checkout if you shop here.
