Michael made my solar installation quick and easy.

Really had a bad experience with savvy solar, My solar rebate was adjusted after 6 months been advice Finally I have to Lodge a complaint with Ombudsman to sought this out it was very Disappointed. When asked why the rebate is adjusted after 1Month from date of installation I got the below reply via emailHi ManmeetOnce the Solar is installed there is an estimated time of around 28 business days for the same job to be inspected and then to receive the CES(certificate of electrical safety) from the inspector.Thank You.--MalcolmSolar miner (Tech. support)

The team at SavvySolar are true professionals; starting with the 'Sales Consultant' that handled my query and provided me with THE best quote on a 6.6Kw solar panels. Then came the installers who were polite and got the job done by only breaking a few roof tiles (phew!). Throughout the installation process, I was kept updated via SMS on arrive times etc and Michael (Project Coordinator) provided me with clear next steps.The Growatt Inverter installed was faulty as the display wasn't working. But within an hour, the installers rushed back to their warehouse and brought back a replacement, installed it and tested successfully.So this 5/5 rating I'm giving is primarily for the excellent sales and installation service. Whether the solar panels lives up to their claims is yet to be seen.Well done SavvySolar.
