I was concerned about a musty smell in my house, and some discoloration on an internal wall that looked like mold to me. Shane came and investigated. I am so pleased I called Shane. He conducted a thorough investigation and then talked with me about options. He was very clear in laying it all out for me, and was patient as well, which was greatly appreciated as I have little understanding of building matters. I could tell he really knew his stuff. I recommend him very highly.

He spoke professionally and honest on the phone and cleared up any areas I was unsure about.
