My second visit to this great little B&B. Teresa really makes you feel welcome and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast in the morning. I'll be back.

We stayed here back in October overnight, booking at short notice and Teresa was extremely accommodating. We were a group of 9, including 6 children and nothing was too much trouble for Teresa. It was a bonus to have a lovely cooked breakfast included too. Kids loved it and so did we. Would highly recommend. Suited our requirements for the night.

Located in the middle of the main street it was the perfect location for strolling through the local shops. Walking distance to clubs, movies, parks, pubs, cafes, churches, food and beverage outlets. Comfortable bed and delicious hot breakfast. Teresa was very welcoming and helpful. A very relaxed country weekend and surprisingly quiet for location.

Old Hotel remodeled into B & B. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Guest lounge and kitchen. Owner, Teresa, is very friendly and generous. Offered me a cup of tea and Hot Cross bun on arrival. Cooked breakfast included in room cost at my choice of time (early). Happy to recommend this venue for weary travellers.

Day 5 of my Echuca road trip and what a disappointment. At 2.50 PM I arrived there & no one was there. No worries I expected that so I called the mobile number and left a voice message that I'd be waiting in the cafe across the road. 1 hr later no call back so I called again & left an SMS. Another hr passed & still no call back so I left a final voice msg. Still no call back so I gave up & headed home. Later at 6:49 PM, just before Goulburn, they called me & said my room was ready. I told them where I was & what had transpired. Later that night I received a message for an offer of a free nights accommodation. Thanks for the offer but no, the experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.Communication with your customer/client is very important in this day and age.
