Customer support terrible, call every week about an issue tell me they will call back and never call back. That along with missing items in the delivery

I have never felt so disrespected , talked down on and patronised as I did by who was working on Friday 31/03 at around 11am. The sales person was to busy telling me how much he earns, how much Veolia just spent on a trailer and how much the Reno’s were to give his time to sell me something I needed for my personal pressure washer. He refused to sell me a part and pretty much had no time for me . What atrocious, belittling behaviour of what he was calling a reputable business . If I treated any of my customers like he did to me , I would not have a job. All customers should be important as you never know what business will follow. I actually requested a quote for a pressure washing skid but I tell you what , I will never do business whilst this person works here.

The parts department at Jetwave was the most helpful phonecall I've had in years! Gave excellent advice about options for our pipe problems and took time to explain ways forward - amazing to still have this type of courteous and helpful adviser at the end of the phone nowadays - THANK YOU

Absolute hands down best jetter on the market. I did my research even looked overseas. Nothing compares to the quality and thought gone into this machine.The whole experience was A1,had a minor issue a couple weeks in and the guys couldn't do enough for me, had it sorted straight away.Thanks Legends!
