Did not show up between the hours they said they would. I was told the guy was on his way and would be arriving very shortly by office staff only for the technician to call me 10 minutes later and say he wouldn't be able to make it for at least 3 hours.

I called the company to get urgent rodent treatment. They sent soneone in two hours which was good. However, the guy fron marks maintenance just look around underneath fridge where the mouse was running to and open the pantry. Then he put 4 bait stations and put 6-7 baits under roof. He charged me $800. I was panic wfor having a mouse at home so I have no time to search. It was the first time seeing a mouse at home so I did not have any idea how much the rodents treatment should be. I paid it. He did not find any hole. No guarantee. After two days, I am unsure whether the mouse is still inside house or not. This company is just kind of call centre and tsend a random people available. The contractors they sent are nor professional. Never ever use their service.

Wouldn't give a quote on the phone, on the day quoted me nearly triple what other companies had, did not do a good job. On googling the number from the reciept looks like they're associated with Mark Maintenance Services Pty Ltd. The reviews there are very telling.It also appears they've given themselves illegitimate good reviews on here

Same day service was good 24/11/22. The workmanship poor and no consistency, (sprayed directly on internal windows leaving residue) , no attempt to move furniture or open plantation blinds to spray behind, left puddles of spray in bathroom/laundry. Price of $240 for 30mins on site to inspect, prepare and spray a 4 bedroom and 2 living room single storey house price and internal only, poor value, best price not at all. I won’t be using services again. Wouldn’t recommend.

I would rather be eaten alive by pests.The lack of professionalism was honestly shocking.I was told to leave the house for an hour for my safety and they would lock up when they’re done, I returned after over an hour and they had left the house wide open. I felt incredibly unsafe. I spoke with the company whose only response was ‘but the job was done’. The contractor then contacted me long after hours questioning if I had paid.I would happily sleep with cockroaches rather than get this company anywhere near my home again.

I Had a good experience with one hour pest control brisbane. We haven't faced any kind of pest related issues since last 3 months after receiving the service from the company. I will always recommend this company.

I contacted the company to specifically remove spiders. The man who arrived the next day said he couldn't remove the spiders. Apparently he sprayed the property but there are still cockroaches and he was only in the property for a few minutes. It's a two-storey townhouse with a garage and outdoor area. I got rid of the spiders myself. I requested a refund. No response. Very unprofessional and a bad job. They charged more than reputable places like Amalgamated and Hitman. Next time I'm using one of them instead. They always do a good job for less money!
