Outstanding level of care. My little guy has never been happier going to daycare! All of the educators are exceptional and very kind.

This is the best childcare ever! I really needed help in my administration and thought that I'd have to pull my baby out due to subsidy. But Celeste went over and beyond to reassure me that it was all still okay. I'm so grateful to have my child at this centre. All staff there are super nice and caring. THANK YOU. I have done my last placement here. This child care centre was very authentic in it's approach. Everyone that works here is passionate about their work and genuinely kind. They know everything about every child and care deeply about their well being. The layout of this center is beautiful and welcoming for any child that enters the centre. I really enjoyed Celeste the room leader in the babies room, Celeste the director of the center, Jamie, Martha, Rose, Aubrey, Daisy and Melissa. These women were always so kind to me and really cared about me as a student. I recommend this center to everyone! Thank you for having me!

Highly recommend this centre. We have been going for over 4 years and my kids never want to leave. We moved to a different daycare recently, closer to home and ended up back here after a bad experience. Best decision returning. Our daughter is profoundly deaf and this centre has provided support and even auslan sign language. There is wonderful structure, with learning and play. We are always grateful for the staff here. I recently completed 4 weeks of placement at this center and the whole staff were so welcoming and really made me feel part of the team. Celeste was very flexible to my needs and allowed me to dictate my schedule with no issues. The room leader, Miss Hema, was absolutely wonderful to work with and I learned a lot from her. We have attended Mentone Childcare for three years, and the care we receive as a whole family is second to none. My kids are the ones who cry at the gate when I drop them off, but all the staff will go above and beyond to ensure they’re comforted, feeling safe and have a great day. Celeste and April are professional and most importantly, devoted to all the kids, as is every educator we’ve had. My 4 year old is thriving in the kinder program, and my 2 year old is so happy to go and hang out with his buddies and special educator friends each day. The staff clearly love the kids - so important!Also, the centre helped us out during a family medical emergency in 2019, and I will never forget the kindness showed by the owner, management and staff. Thank you - we love Mentone Childcare!

Upon commencement at this daycare Centre, I spoke with Celeste about my resistance to admitting my 3 y/o son to daycare, especially a large group setting due to his lack of “going with the flow” and my anxiety about my son’s large emotions and resistance to leave me. Every day he has attended this Centre, he (and I) have been treated so well, I feel so supported by the staff & management, especially on my “bad days”. I will be starting my 18 month old soon as I have to drag her out each time I drop off & pick up my son. I highly recommend this daycare centre.

I had 6 weeks of placement at Mentone Childcare and absolutely loved the place. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and supportive. My mentors, Ms. Jamie and Ms. Ann always provided me with opportunities to expand my roles and practice my leadership skills.
