Most poor service in whole Adelaide ! My husband took me here out of nowhere to gift me mani pedi. The lady forced us to get what they called shleek". After an argument when I sat down to do my only many in a regular way

Very very disappointed & upset that you would not honour a voucher that is over a year… as most places gave 3 years throughout Covid. This was for my mother who underwent a knee replacement & was unable to come in. This was for her birthday to make her feel special. Obviously I won’t use you again !!

Best service, the girls will remember you & how you like to be treated & what services you require. They are always willing to adapt your service and ensure you leave feeling your absolute best. I often bring relatives and friends here and often recommend Pride Nails to anyone in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. Even if you do not live in the North, it is worth the drive.

The service fee was $15 and they charged me extra $1.16 saying I paid by card. Also, when I asked them whether it would take too long, the girls were talking in their language making fun out of that. They are really unprofessional and I won't recommend them for anyone.

She, forgot to put my top coat, I didn’t notice until I got home that the other hand didnt have top coat. She didn’t remove my acrylics properly before putting on gel nail polish. There were still chunks of old polish that they just covered up. Shape was not straight, it was so uneven. Won’t be going back

Honestly the best nail service I’ve ever had. All of the workers were so kind and fantastic at what they did. took their time, attention to detail and actually gave a full experience (nails beds cleaned, leg exfoliation, massage + moisturiser). Will definitely be coming here regularly!

The staff here are polite and do a good job with nails, no short cuts or rushed jobs. If you booked an appointment they take the time to complete your booked in service with care and don’t squeeze in 1000 walk ins in between, like many other cheap nail salons do. They work with clients to achieve to achieve customer satisfaction.

Had the absolute worst experience here- the service was awful and I was treated so poorly that I left in tears after one of the girls was so rude. Very bad communication. Was getting my nails done for my hens party and had beautiful length nails. She cut them all down and did this design for my “jungle” theme. Had to go and get them redone the following day…
