Chris is arrogant and rude! Does not listen to his customers and talks over them. Very rude . I called to talk to someone as the weber I had brought was missing a piece when I put it together; he wanted nothing to do with me and was not helpful at all he just tried to get rid of me and said it wasn’t his problem. Don’t go here they will sell you a bbq but have no time for you if something is wrong!

The folk at Bbqs Galore Port Macquarie NSW are a pleasure to deal with!...I've been buying stuff there for 30+ years without a single problem. The product range is large so take your time and do your homework. Ask lots of questions if necessary. I have found the products I purchased to be of outstanding quality from a Norseman fire to a Ziggy 2 burner BBQ. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly...nothing is too much trouble!

Very disappointed with website. Obviously selling of their Ziggy range is main interest. I want a Weber but can’t find a price on website. Weber used to be so important to barbecues galore. Really happy that we have such a great store and staff in port Macquarie - would not be buying online

We have been refilling our gas bottles here for many years. They have excellent, prompt service, a great range of barbeques and related items. The wait time to have a bottle filled is never long and they have a loyalty program for refilling bottles which allows for a free bottle every so often.

Great place to shop for all your barbecue needs, good prices on gas bottle refills, with very good customer service. Good price point on entry level barbys up to some expensive but high quality build models, definitely skip Bunnings if your looking for professional advice or a top of the range model with every accessory you can think of.
