Went to buy a belt this morning. Found one I liked (approx 100) not too worried and walked to counter. No staff.Looked round... no staff.Waited a bit... a staff member walked past taking a mobile call... must be important.Another saw me and walked away to something else... must be important...Guess important things are more highly ranked than customers waiting..I put the belt on the rack again on my way out (since I'm nice like that!)Not shopping there again unless they improve this attitude.

Bought a pen from this store for a graduation present. Once unboxed was incomplete. The box had been opened and parts removed. ( we were not aware of this when we gave it ).Store was absolutely ridiculous in contacting and help. All we wanted was a complete gift for our son.Rubbish.

APPALLING SERVICE!!! I bought a polo shirt 2-3 weeks ago and just washed it for the first time yesterday. Half of the boat patterns had come off as the ink had not been ceiled properly. A definite manufacturing error. I took it back and explained that I did not have a receipt, but could give them my card details or a bank statement proving where i bought it. They refused even though it would have given them the proof they needed. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Nice christmas shop merchandise with excellent customer service. Shout out for the asian staff Yvonne, she is really friendly and knowledgeable has helped us wrapped ornaments carefully and found the frypans for me. I would definitely recommend this shop as I really enjoy shopping here.

Harp from Seally bed and her manager David is an amazing team in DJ Hornsby. Harp was very friendly and helpful, obviously she had great knowledge and experience. She explained everything in a way we can understand without googling. My wife wanted to be her friend at the end of the day after purchasing three beds for parents. Her customer service was excellent. Most of all, Harp was so funny! :)

Cosmetic section - assistant manager was alright. The other lady who took over had an attitude like you are not gonna buy, didn't help with questions. So I didn't buy , appalled by how I was treated.
