Peak Physique Hot Yoga Bulimba
The studio operated the yoga class I tried by having a sequence called by one recorded instructor played on a big screen, while the nominal in-person class facilitator offered adjustments and bookend bits of meditation. This is a pretty novel procedure for me, and didn't always work, particularly when two overlapping voices were competing for my attention. It might work for participants who are familiar with the sequence, but not perhaps for drop ins like me.
