It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter from Peninsula Renault. I purchased a great 2nd hand vehicle from him, and from the initial phone enquiry to the delivery of the vehicle, he was an absolute gentlemen. He wasn't pushy in anyway, he kept his promises and critically he knew exactly what he was talking about. Purchasing the vehicle was a really great experience & I recommend Peninsula Renault highly.

Very nice dealer . Highly recommended . Looking after you with any issues with the car even after purchase for couple of months . Honest and trustworthy. Peter was a good person who always helped and gave a good customer service. Definitely coming back next time.5 stars from my side.

Shane handled our issue very well as soon as he found out about it. Extremely poor communication from Ashley and Elvin who quite frankly do NOT seem qualified to service any vehicle nor handle any customer enquires (very inappropriate response from them) . Shane is very professional and a reasonable man unlike the other two aforementioned a-holes. I would steer clear of this dealership until these two are gone which I suspect wouldn't be very long considering their etiquette.If you have an issue with this dealership, write a review and threaten to go to VCAT, seems like the only way to get a hold of Shane.

I would like to recommend Perninsula Renault at Wells road, seaford We have been dealing with Ashley Budloo since he was just a service man we’re he treated us like family . We have watched him work his way up the ladder and always found him to be a kind and truthful person were nothing is to much of a problem for him and now I think he is the service manager there he seams to have a great team behind him starting with guy called Richie who looked after us Again he treated us as if we were his family. We booked are car in with them and requested a courtesy car while our car was being serviced and was given one at no cost to the customer. On return we didn’t just have the car serviced but they clean the car inside and out for us. Now that’s what I can customer service. I would rate the center 10/10. You know we’re I will be going for my next service don’t you

Incredible customer service, especially from Peter. Being someone who knows the ‘sales’ world it’s refreshing to have a genuine car dealership. Would recommend to anyone who chooses quality over quantity. Big thanks to the team there!!

Lovely guys but they never call back or answer the phone. Tried to book in for major service, lodged online but no one called me. Then emailed them no call back. Then called them, left message. No call back. Took 4 tries to finally get it booked in.Taken our car there for a service and there was an issue and we've called a few times and always promised a call back but they never do. Now called them again 4 times (so in total thats 8 tries to contact them) and still nothing.We've been super polite but we are very frustrated with the service given.Same issues with the Brighton Dealership. I just don't understand why giving a customer a call back is so hard.Please take this review as feedback.EDIT: they have now fixed our dash which is really great thankyou team. But unfortunately my husband was blasted from the store manager when we collected the car on friday. When we booked it in to be done we advised them it will be dropped off between 830am -9am. we got their just before 9 to drop it off and were told if would take approx 5 hours. at 430 in the afternoon we hadnt heard from them so called to check. they said to come down by 5 for pick up, which we did. Husband waited at reception for them and was yelled at from the manager because apparently we were forcing them to work overtime? (confused as they close at 6pm and they said that it would only take 5 hours ?) they then went on to blame my husband stating we should have dropped it off at 8am? which also confused us as they dont open til 830am.we have been polite through this whole process and we are very thankful the dash was fixed for us but it has not been a pleasant experience at all. Maybe it was just us as other reviews seem really good.I do hope that they are able to see this and take this feedback on. Possibly they were just having a bad day or disliked the fact that we had to contact head office because the dealership wouldnt call us back.we are due for our 5 year upgrade this year and have now booked in to look at Kia cars because we no longer want to deal with the service received from Renault.

Booked car in for 2nd service in a brand new car and they didn’t have parts to finish the service so now I have to return for part to be installed, I’d look elsewhere for services from now
