Really impressive service. It was clearly not easy for the guy to send someone over same day to fix our heater but he managed it anyway.The engineer fixed the problem that I asked him to correct and while he was there he further justified the callout fee by proceeding to clean out all the burners for us. He finished by checking for CO.All this on a single callout fee + parts, same day. Shame I cant remember his name.Very very happy. Thanks.
