I've been seeing Matthew Denaro for a few years now and he is easily the best therapist I've ever had. I'm a dentist and crossfitter/weightlifter so I choose to see Matt monthly to keep my body in the right condition and injury-free.Whenever imbalances, strains or any issues rear their head, Matt is very efficient and effective at addressing them. His knowledge of anatomy and his superb handskills are second to none. As a bonus, he's a great guy and always professional. My wife also sees him and I actively recommend him to anyone who'll listen.Keep doing your thing Matt! Your clients are lucky to have you.

Considerably the best sports massage company, with extremely qualified professionals, properly clean and organized space. a year ago I underwent surgery and needed maintenance in the recovery process , a friend referred me to the company , I went through numerous sections , today after the treatment was completed I still continue to frequent the space and always recommend it to friends , the pain and discomfort disappeared my body . I would give a score of 10 to all the extremely capable professionals in this company! hands of angels!

I have visited S&DT yesterday and explained to Reece the pain I had in my legs. He was able to assess the situation and explained to me clearly what he wants to do. I am very happy with the service; Reece is amazing, very friendly and his method is perfect. I got a great advise as well on what to do post the massage therapy session which has helped a lot. Totally recommended.

I came for deep tissue and sports massage as that is the name of the clinic.The therapist just in the beginning announced that he does not use oil, and he just palpates over the clothesI was asking massage with oil got 5min in the end what got. Definitely was not sports or deep tissue massage. The therapist probably had no experience treating athletesPaid 140d for a massage that did not want definitely not happy and not coming back

I’ve been seeing Matt here for several years and his service is excellent. He always listens to what areas need work, gives advice on maintenance, and adjusts his interaction based on each client. I know this because I find massage quite meditative, so I don’t say much, but my husband who also sees Matt likes to chat during it to distract from the pressure!I go for a sports massage because I lift weights, do martial arts, and sit at a desk for 10 hours a day. A monthly massage really helps keep my comfort and flexibility up.The practice is always clean, and they are adhering strongly to COVID safety protocols. A treasure of a place.

I've been a regularly seeing Matthew from here and he is by far the most effective massage therapist I've had for my long term neck and shoulder issues. Apart from having a robust technique, he shares a deep appreciation that muscles don't hurt in isolation, and that one biomechanical issue can lead to symptoms really far away in the body.His methodological treatment always finds the angriest muscles quickly and relieves them enough for me to then return to preventative activities such as gym and resistance training.Highly recommend Matthew if you're looking for someone to assist with a persistent neuromuscular issue.

I had a bad hip for 2 years ,,,had been to doc , and every other specialist,after thousands of dollars ,,saw Mauricio '5treatments later I was fixed !Any one that complains about this place needs a psychologist not a massage
