I was not happy with the service. It was much darker than the reference, and the wrong tone. I wasn’t asked once if I was happy with the colour. When I tried to voice my thoughts at the end and ask for it to be fixed or compensated for needing to get it done again, I was accused of “causing trouble” and pressured to just pay and leave.I would never go back again. Not only a rude service but unwilling to fix errors or admit any wrong doing. If I am paying for a service, I should be able to voice my concerns, and have them remedied. Worst hour ever at a hairdresser.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!I been to many hair salons around sydney, other cities and overseas and i have never come across to one like this, i went to get a full head of foils here for the first time to give it a try , on first impressions the customer service was very bad, the girls were rude (the ones working that sunday), no attention to the customer, there was a lady sitting next to me actually straightening her own hair because no one would do it for her. Anyways so when the service finished i was left very dissatisfied, i told the girl how i felt but she just gave me a quick explanation which did not make any since (i been colouring my hair with foils for years) so i went home hoping my hair would look better but nothing, half of the bottom of my hair was a different colour! , it looked like i had half of my head done, at the bottom i could actually count how many foils i had and theres about 3 on each side, on the top of my head i had horrible chuncky stripes of foils which makes it look very fake and amateur, also i still had orange ! Because they didnt apply the toner properly, its a disaster, so i went back the following day to get it fixed but they refused to agree with my concerns and completely gave me a crazy explanation thinking that im stupid and had no idea about hair and how foils work, so in the end they didnt fix it, i left and went to another hair salon on the same floor to ask the hairdresser to get it fixed and he said “oh my they didnt do a very good job!”, however i cant fix it just yet becouse it will make my hair weak from all the bleaching, so im stuck with this for i dont know how long, terrible! Please do not go there, i would rather pay heaps of money for someone that knows what they are doing..

Went in for $49 package which includes a wash, treatment, style cut and blow dry for any length. The wash and treatment was ok. The “style cut” in which i had only asked for a trim, the lady did it in 2 mins, worst trim ive ever had. Pretty sure my hair is uneven now. The blow dry also hurt my head. She brushed out knots without holding the top of my head so she was pulling my head with the hair hurting me. She then blew too close and too long burning my scalp. Wouldnt go back or recommend.

Avoid, avoid avoid. Got a balayage done, charged me over $200 and can’t say it was worth it. They had some inexperienced girl do half the work and don’t think she had a clue what she was doing. I am not a hair dresser but I know how my hair has been done before and you don’t clump big pieces of hair together and foil it!! If they are training someone, atleast have someone watching and doing some ACTUAL TRAINING. Then they got the colour so very wrong! Supposed to have treatment my hair was just as dry and knotty as I went in. Trim to get the split ends off, nope, still dry AF. Absolute regret going into this place. Now have to go and get someone to fix up their screw up. What a joke.

Beware!!! Don't come to this Salon! I went there to get highlights on my short hair. I was told by the manager that streaks will look nicer. Instead of $25, I have to pay $50. I agreed because I know that he knew whats better for their customers. I had to endure half an hour of painful hair pulling wearing the highlighting cap. It was so painful that until now, it still hurts. I got so many scratches in my scalp. The staff is not gentle and I told her it really hurts. She said sorry but did not change the way she was doing it. After leaving the colour on my hair for too long, the lady washed it off and used toner on me. Take note, my t shirt got wet at the back of my neck because they didn't use any towel underneath the washing basin. Got colour stain on my shirt since the lady did not bother putting cape" or strip to cover my clothes for possible damage. So unprofessional. After more than an hour of pain and waiting

Extremely disappointed with the entire experience. They got hair dye in my eye, did not seem to care about this at all as she only cares about opening her own shop oneday. They cut my hair completely wrong and tried to cover it up with hair spray.Not recommended at all and paid an arm and a leg for this. Hurstville

Very unprofessional and dirty. Witnessed multiple customers unhappy. One customer straightened and styled her own hair because the hairdresser had no idea what they were doing. Another had her hair so yellow and in the basin they realised they screwed up and were talking about it right in front of me and the poor lady had to go sit back in her chair for them to TRY fix the error. Overheard them stressing out cause they ran out of the colour needed to correct it so they used straight bleach. Yes, this was all spoken about out loud so I could hear. I was sitting at the basin waiting for them to commence my package (wash, treatment, cut and blow dry). After witnessing all this I instantly regretted coming into this place to do my hair and rightly so. My hair was washed just with shampoo and they put in a so called ‘treatment’ that they washed out within 5 mins of it being on and then were done with washing my hair. I asked for a specific lady (appears to be the owner in which everyone was rushing around consulting) to just do the cut of my hair as after seeing everything I didn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair. She refused and from being nice initially all of a sudden completely ignored me and I got palmed off to this man to do my hair. I refused to get a cut and just said how much to just get the blow dry done. Blow dry was rushed and very average and was still damp at the back. I was not happy. There is actually to much negative to fit all in this one post about this place but I definitely would not ever recommend this place to anyone and am so glad I never got my hair cut there.

Anyone that rated this place more than 1 Star lies cause they’d be a friend of these people.The wash was horrendous, I started scrubbing my own hair!!The blow dry-a hairdresser asked how I wanted my blow dry I said I do NOT want dead straight flat hair nor do I want curls, just a flick.She proceeded to tell me she needed to GHD my hair....umm no you don’t.She fetched another hairdresser to do brushes as she admittedly didn’t know how to flick hair.This is your profession.Either perfect it or find another craft cause you’re failing at hair.

Save your money- Do not go to this hairdresser. The first time I cam here I did a Keratin treatment. It didn't work. My hair at the end of the treatment was disgusting and not what it was meant to be (slick straight). It was obvious that something was not right and another hairdresser (I assume it was the owner) simply said oh we must have used too much product. What the hell? No apology or anything?? I went again a second time for a haircut as I decided to give the place a second chance. I was asked to sit in a chair and wait a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes and nobody came to me. The hairdressers were all busy talking to each other and didn't even care that I had been waiting for so long. They were not even busy! They were just talking loudly! I walked out of the store. DO NOT COME HERE.
