4WD Supacentre Dandenong

Pretty much everything on line is available in the Dandenong store. Not as nicely laid out in the show room as you would expect it to be, but to be expected given the low costs of the goods. Staff on site are only accessible from the counter no show room staff but where very help. The both times that I have been there, once on a Sunday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon, very busy Sunday with up 20 mins to get service and Wednesday only a few minutes wait. Warehouse staff where also very help and provided assistance get goods into car and onto roof racks.

Had an issue in communication with the customer service centre.However, Paul, the store tried best for me to resolve the issue.All staffs are kind and helpful.

I'll start this with a positive for William at the store. He is outstanding. So so so welcoming, helpful, patient (because I had no idea what I wanted) and really knowledgeable.We arranged everything and then I got to the register where another young guy served me.That experience was.. rough. He wasn't really rocking that customer service energy. The systems weren't doing him any favours and he needed help from 3 different people who floated in and out while he dropped frustrated exclamations.About 20-30 minutes later he gives up, the price totals that Will had come to aren't matching up to what the till is working out too so he settles it at $10 less and we leave exhausted.A few days later we realise we are missing an item that we were supposed to pick up from the warehouse.We were charged full price for 2 itemsAnd weren't charged at all for the item that was supposed to be picked up from the warehouse.All of your staff are amazing but they are struggling with your systems so much and it's causing crazy wait times and messy pricing issues. Help out your team! They are doing great and they deserve it!

Bought a fridge that didn’t even work. Got a really good deal and was only offered a refund, no resolve of a replacement as stated on their website. Blonde lady at the front desk seemed sympathetic at this issue but younger darker haired girl was very brash and rude and just wanted to get us out of there. We were very weary of purchasing kings product as per reviews and we were proven right but didn’t expect the customer service to be just as poor.

Friendly, well informed staff. Good store layout. Only problem i had was a product that i was interested in wasn't set up on display but kept in a box in the store room.

I wouldn't spend another cent there again I've spent a couple Of thousand dollars there since November and took 1 thing back for warranty they rejected it without looking at it I took it home pulled it apart and it had a wire broken I fixed it myself

Went in and spoke to Bailey regarding some slide out Titan draws. Was so helpful, got me sorted straight away and bundled up a great deal. Gave me plenty of advice regarding a rear 12v system as well. Thanks heaps, will definitely be following up with Bailey when the time comes to install!

Went to the store in Dandenong to purchase the toilet advertised below.Thought it to be a good deal as the sign said $86.95 for toilet and canvass bag.After spending sometime checking the quality of the toilet and canvas bag displayed , decided to purchase.Once I got to the counter, I was told that the displayed combination was actually just over $139.00When I questioned this with Paul the manager on site I was told no you can not have it at the advertised price as the cover with the display model is not the cover the toilet comes with.I then get told take or leave it.The sign on the toilet did not advertise that the cover on the display was not included with the toilet on display.If this is not false advertising I don’t know what is.I was given so much spin about why it was displayed like that , which was a joke.I would of just preferred some honesty and admit , it was a mistake and yes I can see that the sign could be misleading.I left the store without the toilet.Very disappointed given I have spent so much money here.Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future

The store manager Lee was really helpful and knowledgeable. I'm new to the camping world and he didn't judge me took the time to explain and even upsold me ended up buying more than just the swag I came in for, thanks Lee!Ended up with everything we needed for our trip away it was refreshing to be served by someone who is passionate and caring!

I’m very disappointed. I purchased the Adventure Kings Deluxe Single Swag online from 4WD Supacentre. I seasoned the swag over a dozen times and it leaked each time. The material was cheap and faulty. I emailed the online team who required more information / photos etc. I supplied everything that was required but this process dragged on. I had to wait a week for a reply to each email. This took way too long to finalise. Eventually, they agreed to provide a refund for the faulty product. They were sending a mail bag out to me but this never arrived. After waiting too long, I went to the Dandenong store and was treated with contempt. She reluctantly took the faulty swag and assured me that I would get a refund within the next few days. This took much longer than a few days but I finally got a refund. However, I did not get the full refund. I’m very disappointed in the swag and the customer service.
