My boyfriend got his car tuned and an inter cooler installed and these boys did an amazing job and were very professional. They even went in and fixed other things they noticed at a fair price.

We’ve had 2 SUV’s tuned here and have been very happy.My 2011 Touareg is a totally different car!Getting consistent 6.5L/100 on highway runs and it has mountains of torque and responsiveness down low which it never had. 100Nm more at peak but literally double down low where you actually use it!Absolutely love it. Will be coming back when I get the next one.

2014 Nissan patrol.Very slow to obtain any speed and heavy on fuel even when just driving around the place. (Then put the camper on it and up goes the fuel rate). Then made the decision to have a re map, but by who as everyone tells a different story. I did my own homework and found the company DTA Diesel Tune kept being mentioned. I had already fitted a 3in exhaust system which did help the way the vehicle drove. Made a booking over the net which was very easy to do and even had a reply in no time. Drove to the workshop of DTA and meet up with the owner Gary. The shop was full of all sorts of vehicles. They took the vehicle around the back and started work on it. Gary returned and advised they were unable to do any further work as a part was unable to be supplied and fitted. Asked about just checking the vehicle on the dyno just in case something else needed to be done. Gary carried the dyno out and advised it was well down on power. I said the lights had to be turned off, so it does not see the hills coming. (Ha Ha) was the comment.01-12-2022The next time after the parts were obtained all went well and a full re map and dyno testing was carried out. The test results showed an increase from 85Hp to 109 Hp and an increase in torque as well from 319Nm to 416Nm.In driving the Nissan home, it felt a different vehicle. The patrol was not used until we went away for the big break over Xmas and the new year. Loaded up (not towing) with all my tools etc for this trip. Heading south to Eden I could feel the different capability in the way the power was coming on as we could overtake other cars without much trouble, and the throttle was not even pushed to the floor as before. In the comment above as turning the lights off I can now even leave the lights on and use the aircon plus overtake cars pulling up many hills.As for the fuel usage this has improved as I can return from Eden and still have over ¼ tank left. The towing of the camper I feel will also have improved as it is totally a different vehicle.Thanks to Gary and his team. Well, done.

I had Gary do a ECU remap, install a Catchcan, and do an Inlet Manifold Clean on my Toyota 79 series (2017). THE BETTER PART OF $4000 plus change in February 2021After receiving it back and driving it toward Canberra on the M5 a few days later I was horrified to see thick white smoke bellowing from the exhaust and immediately stopped the vehicle. Yellow engine warning lights on etc.I phoned the NRMA and was advised by the technician to have it put on a tilt tray truck and trucked back to Sydney. Both the NRMA technician and tow truck driver also a mechanic suspected a problem with the remap as the vehicle had only done a couple of hundred Ks since the remap. Once back at my mechanic's shop he diagnosed an incorrect fuel air - mix error code from the ECU (Main computer) and advised me to have a different tuner investigate the remap done by Gary at DTA.I spoke to Gary and he assured me that I must have got a bad batch of fuel." We took a fuel sample and contacted my local Caltex where I had filled up that morning. They said they hadn't had any other reports of bad fuel or problems.After removing the DPF to find that the filter and sensors had melted and collapsed

I got really good results on the tuning of my Ford Ranger. Tested with and without the trailer - power is definitely better. Also, gears switch automatically happen around 2000 rpm, not 3000 rpm as before.Many thanks

Got my 2016 Holden Colorado Rg turbo diesel tuned by Gary. Highly recommended unbelievable difference the tune makes to my ute. More torque more power better fuel economy and even changes the diesel engine sound. Very impressed. Many thanks

If I could give 6 stars I would. John and Gary are unreal and the rest of the team. Managed to fit my in when they couldn’t. My workmate Hilux is a completely different Ute to drive and the tune is unreal.My second Hilux will be returning for a tuneCheers

Recently had my MY20 Grand Cherokee tuned by Gary and am really impressed with the results! There was a nasty dip in both power and torque at low rpm in the stock tune which accounted for the really poor response, now power delivery is instant and smooth. The team at DTA/Hi-Tech kept me informed of progress while they were working on it and were very honest and easy to deal with. Great service and end result, thanks!!
