I placed an order with Jaw Dropping Balloonery last week for a balloon for the birth of my nephew - Aneta was so helpful doing a super quick turn around - and on a public holiday - and arranged for me to be able to drop some items off to be put in the balloon at a closer location for me. Balloon looked amazing and service was brilliant. Will definately be using again - thanks Aneta!

This is an incredible idea and an incredible service! Aneta is so friendly and flexible. We had a bit of a hiccup with timing and she made sure the balloon was ready on time and it looked beautiful! Would 100% recommend!

A++From friendly customer service right to the actual balloon itself! Aneta went above and beyond to put a smile on a little girls face!I live in Melbourne and I wanted to organise a gift! Searched and searched and then came across Jaw Dropping Balloonery I did first if and um as I am interstate but my initial call to Aneta made me realise I was choosing the right person for the job! I told her exactly what I wanted choose my colours and bam she worked her magic! I can’t highly recommend her enough! A big thank you again and will definitely be coming back for more!

WOW!!! Extremely impressive balloons and customer service. Aneta was an absolute delight to deal with and was very helpful. My balloon looked amazing and everyone at the party commented on how awesome it looked, it became the centre piece of the gift table.
