Moved into the property 7 months ago. There has been several major issues, which is fine, every new home is bound to have them. The issue is that they do not address defects properly. The coordinators fail to understand the issues. When they eventually send out contractors, they shift blames to each other. One of them came, identified the issue, and left without notice! We (owners of all 3 townhouses) are honestly sick of having to chase things up.

We built our dream home through TRV homes a couple of months back and we were extremely fortunate to be able to work with the TRV team to help us throughout the whole process with the final product looking fabulous. We highly recommend this builder and if we get the chance we will definitely build with them again.

Avoid this builder. Their maintenance team is a mess. 6 months in, and they still haven’t rectified defects. Waste of time and money.The positive reviews are most likely friends and families. Avoid!
