Thank you Trevor, you did an amazing job with the cat net today on my balcony! It looks very clean, discreet and best of all will keep my cats safe and allow them to enjoy their time on the balcony!Would recommend anyone looking to get a cat net installed to contact Trevor. He was very easy to communicate with, listened to what I was looking for and knew exactly how to complete this job in the best way possible. Very impressed with his craftsmanship, customer service and efficiency.

I cannot recommend Trevor and his business highly enough. Having lost two cats to traffic, we bit the bullet and got Trevor to build a large outdoor enclosure and make the verandah escape-proof. The new cats love their playground and can never get near the traffic. Peace of mind at a very reasonable price.

Trevor did a great job and we are very happy with the results and being an apartment it is very discreet and blends in well with the aspect. Our kitten is now very happy on the balcony and we don't worry about him falling off nor killing any widelife that lands on the railing. Great job Trevor and would highly recommend his workmanship. Aside from a slight problem with communication at the start, my 2 cats and I are extremely happy with their new play area. They are enjoying their new found freedom and the extra space they have, not to mention the fresh air. They are completely safe which is wonderful for them and any wildlife around too. Trevor was prompt and did a fabulous job. I would happily recommend him for whatever size enclosure you are wanting.

Trevor created a huge netted garden for our 3 cats, including one very adventurous young climber. We couldn’t be happier knowing they are all safe from cat fights and cars, and that the wildlife (except small lizards and frogs) are safe from them. We've had the enclosure for a year now (long overdue review) and there have been no problems at all, even after wild wind storms.

Highly recommend Trevor to install your cat enclosure, I sent Trevor some photos of the area I wanted enclosed and he gave me a quote over the phone.We realised on the day there were a few issues with what I originally wanted but it was talked through a solution was found and by the end of the day I had my cat enclosure!I love it, my cats love it, it feels very secure and well built and I love that my cats can lay in the sun and have a great play area that’s safe and just for them.I had gotten a couple of quotes but Trevor’s was by far the most competitive.Couldn’t be happier ^-^

Trevor went above and beyond to help me turn my backyard into a safe and secure place for my two cats live their best lives. He only finished yesterday and already so much of my daily stress has melted away. I cannot fault a single part of the process and would highly recommend Trevor and Softline to anyone. I was initially concerned that by netting the whole yard in it would feel claustrophobic but Trevor answered all my questions putting my mind at ease, helped design an awesome set up and got it installed - all within a very short period of time and zero stress. Wayne and Miss Honey are still getting used to the loss of their favourite fence jumping over spot but are absolutely loving all the extra hours in the day they can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine whilst I can get on with life instead of having to watch them like a hawk. Trevor has made our world and our cats world a better place!Our outdoor cats moved with us to a townhouse near a main road- no more freedom and fun outside for the cats and the sight and smell of cat litter in the house for us. No one is happy.Called Trevor- same day he came with ideas and a competitive quote, a week later returned to create a fantastic safe and fun area for the cats to sit on real grass out in the fresh air and sunshine to watch life outside from the safety of Trevors cat space.And the litter is gone!!! It’s hidden away in a shelter outside out of our sight and smell in their enclosure.Best of all, if we have friends over we can shut the cats in their area, open all the doors and not worry about them escaping into the road. If builders come or we are painting or anything, we can shut them in there and they are happy.Trevor is polite, friendly, sensitive to neighbours and very careful building the area, he’s very neat and tidy and such a hard worker to build a superb robust high quality enclosure with cat shelves on walls in a day with zero mess and such a high quality finish.So impressed. Go nowhere else, this is the one you need.Trevor even knew we could get a lockable cat flap patio door from Bunnings which was the final touch.Thankyou Trevor!!
