Beacon Lighting Belrose

Shop is fine but the smell is just horrible...

The team at Belrose is very well informed and helpful, and they bent over backwards to get the light I wanted from another store asap. Definitely the go-to place for lights!!

The service here is always excellent, parking adjacent to the front door. Neat, pleasant show room with a comprehensive range of lighting products

This 5 stars is for Angus. Amazing customer service, highly knowledge and friendly, answered a long list of questions and was patience as we weighed up out decision.

Fast and professional service. Sales assistant Melanie was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of our lighting and fan needs and gave us confidence that we were making the right choice in purchasing from Beacon Lighting.

Walked in ready to buy 5 ceiling fans. Had researched and gave specific parameters for what I wanted, when the sales person couldn't answer my question and then tried to tell me what I needed and I disagreed he handed me a brochure and walked away. This would have been fine except half t h e stock was unticketed and couldn't find a box to match with specifications or price. Left and got excellent service elsewhere and spent money there.

My wife and I had the pleasure to be attended to by Angus at Beacon Lighting Belrose on Sunday 25 June. Angus wasn’t pushy but helpful when approached and he gave us the ultimate professional service on our lighting needs for our kitchen. He is knowledgeable and he knew the product range available in the store. He is extremely good to deal with. He is impressively courteous. Angus took the time to respond politely and professionally to our long list of questions and he offered his honest views as well. He was patient as we considered our options.We wanted a particular piece of lighting but the Belrose store didn’t readily have in store. After making a few phone calls, Angus advised that he would be able to have the piece at the store no later than Tuesday. He didn’t tell us where he sourced the lighting unit.On Monday (26 June) we received a message from Angus advising us that he had the lights ready in the Belrose store for collection. We went to collect the piece of lighting from him at Belrose, and upon asking him where he got the lighting unit from, he informed us that he personally collected the piece from Beacon Lighting at Kotara and transported it down to Belrose.himself. WOW, WOW WOW….that’s service !!! Angus was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He simply went 'above and beyond' our expectations in his customer service.We highly recommend Angus. Fantastic shopping experience! Thank you Angus!!Abundant available parking at the doorstep of the store is a bonus.

Good variety and range of lighting. Staff are not pushy but helpful when approached. I ordered a few lights from here and some had to be ordered in which took about a week. Staff were communicative and pleasant to deal with. I would buy from them again. The store has pram and wheelchair access.

Donald could not have been more helpful or patient. Answered all of our questions and proposed solutions. Great shopping experience!

Their online store is not the greatest. Selling goods that they say are in stock but aren’t. Sending part shipments with no alerts or information on remaining order. Online help doesn’t answer the phone and store doesn’t seem to be interested at all.
