While the settlement itself went smoothly, the pre and post settlement communication has been difficult.Emails aren't responded to for days, and when you call, they will disconnect the call on you or tell the relevant person is busy. Post-settlement vendor communication was shared by them to us, but our followup on that was not responded to or understood. It was frustrating. On the other hand, post-settlement communication for coordinating banking stuff was very prompt. So a mixed experience.The lower star is primarily for difficulty in communication, otherwise, no complain on the settlement itself.
