I went for a Teeth whitening & eyebrow tint& shape service. Tee did a really nice job with both services and I was happy with the way everything looked when I came home.I was really pleased with the end result however I was disapointed with the lack of communication. I can respect that someone may be skilled in their forte & have a vision for their client but I feel it's considerate & respectful to ask a client how they would like their personal features done during the service & if they have a preference. I wasnt asked & ended up with fluffy brows (not a fan) and also too much hair taken off in one corner to which was tinted in an effort to hide.I really love to support home based businesses where I can, but I do prefer a more professional atmosphere. I'm not comfortable being in the middle of a beauty service where I can hear the beautician watching a TV show on the phone.The last thing was that my appointment had to be rebooked to the next day as when I turned up for my original appointment the door was answered by her son who advised that she was not home.Tee did do a lovely job in the end and just needs a little feedback so she can make positive changes to her business.I wish her lots of success for the future.
