Something is not right at this employment agency.I registered to get some help with obtaining a job, as I have small children I can only attend appointments when it suits me. I regularly had appointments made for me that didn’t suit so I had to cancel, now this is where things got weird. I would call to cancel, always get an answering machine, leave a message to cancel and ask for call back, which apparently they never received, the only call back I ever got was some angry person stating they would cut me off and I had to attend appointments, CUT ME OFF WHAT? Then another appointment at a time that didn’t suit was again made, truly ridiculous.Save yourself the strangeness and go elsewhere.Also the staff smoking out the front isn’t a very professional look.

Most slowest an unprofessional job network I've ever been to. If you want to be cut off no questions asked appointments not kept an when you ring your provider there to busy to talk right now apparently. Just member buddy it's a big bad world out there an you will get your own

This place does not want to help and the very few staff members that wish they could help are not allowed to. They will constantly change your appointment dates/times till you trip up and then make it very hard for you to remove the suspension. Some lady at reception today un-justifyingly developed a personal vendetta for me and had me run back and fourth to centrelink for no reason, as so i was informed by centrelink. Once she removed my suspension, she proceeded to not lift my suspension and now i will be unable to start my surgery prep on time. I will have to use more fuel tomorrow (which is hard enough to afford) and instead of resting and preparing for surgery, i will have to deal with this all over again.This place does not care about you and they wont help you. They will make your life as hard as possible (as if it isnt hard enough) and they will have no mercy no matter what predicament you are in. I was kind and polite and i did NOT recieve that back. I will be taking matters as far as i possibly can and i urge anybody who cares about getting off of centrelink to choose any other provider!

I’ve traveled a lot but never felt a more negative person as Belinda in the Geraldton office , we are all going through a lot at this point in time , that doesn’t give people the rite to treat u like a passive income for there personal habits . Love the job provider just not said person

I have found all staff at Geraldton office to be helpful and friendly especially Kym

Have found Kim,Belinda and Janet very helpful with assisting me to get back into employment. Far better than previous experiences with other agencies. It’s not easy when you have issues that effect your capacities and this team have been very understanding.

Gr8 personal service gr8 people Kristy is a gr8 support worker and has gone so above and beyond my expectations not just helping get just any job but the job I deserve and the job I love doing

Geraldton APM very unprofessional. They don't have any skills in dealing with unemployed people and there is no respect for privacy.
