This is the most authentic, versatile, all round gym I have been too. The classes are all inclusive and are run by the best trainers.The workouts are epic!

Great gym. No egos, everyone is there to help each other. People of all levels show up and train. The trainers are first class (Marcelo and Luiz especially).Iron sharpens Iron.If you want a great all round gym in the CBD, do not hesitate, join up.

Only a 4 because the boxing trainers don't incorporate that there are Southpaws in their classes. Apart from that, great boxing classes. Routines could be reviewed from time to time as are very much the same year in year out subjective to the coach on the night. Pumping soubdsystem, ring and gym! Love it.
