I could i would give them zero star.i. on the appointment letter, they say that they will be calling me any time from 9 -5pm. But they never called when they should.ii. one time they did call, i wasnt available to answer the phone. I received a txt msg saying tat i need to call back by 3pm. which i did, however i was told that my pyt has been suspended b coz i didnt call them back by 3pm.iii. I was advised some1 is gonna call me back, of koz no one ever did. so I waited till 4.50pm, b coz no one called me back, I called them again. Their call centre employee was outstanding rude. and he call me been rude. and rung up on me.

Contacted my employer without my consent and I missed shifts attending pointless meetings telling me that I'm not working enough shifts. If you love being disempowered and belittled then this site is for you.

Beyond useless. Only interested in getting people to work for the dole rather than an actual job. It is, in my opinion, the most unorganised employment agency and a disgrace to the employment industry. If you want some genuine help with finding an actual job, avoid max employment because they are seriously bad news.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Long wait times, employees doing nothing and joking around half the time, and one employee, George, lied to me regarding my ability to switch from Job Seekers to Student's youth allowance, saying confidently that I was not able to do it so that I would be forced to take on a job for the dole, which would max out my already busy university schedule, so that he would get a commission bonus for helping me find a job."Rude people on the phone

Absolutely the best when it comes to supporting people to get back into the workforce. Better than some of the bigger recruiters such as Michael Page, Jigsaw or Vertical Talent.

They are really approachable and supportive!! As an example, I had hit a low point one day when I was there and one of the consultants saw this and took me in to one of the rooms and we had a really nice chat. She was empathetic as well as she took immediate action to help me a secure a job just two weeks later. They have also been great in following up and seeing how I have settled in with my new job. I have just moved to Melbourne and through their support and friendly manner I consider them as almost family. Thank you!!

Same issue as pam mentionedLack of communication between the agency and centerlink, staff are rude ive had alot of issues with the agency i am always argueing with Centrelink that i was at a appointment when the agency marked me as no show" gets really frustrating dealing with silly gouses"

Ah-Maaa-zing service from Beck Honey, Frazy Oberoi and Rachael Biggs. These wonderful ladies have been incredibly supportive of my transition from unemployed to being employed. Even though I am no longer linked to them, they have continued contact with me and when I wasn't able to lodge my pay with Centrelink's website, they assisted me to do so and it saved me lots of headaches. They have also been fabulous with my housemate when his former job agency refused to acknowledge him having Autism. Max linked my housemate to a service that have funded my housemates assessment (adult diagnosis). Cannot speak highly enough of them.
