Fantastic vet. We have had a very sick dog that is pulling through very much because of the Wonderful care they have offered, and their willingness to listen to us from the beginning when we had early signs that could of just been written off by thinking we were being dramatic. They truly care about the animals and wanting to provide the best care, while being at a honest cost.Would drive to come here from anywhere in Adelaide, 100% confidence in everything they do.

Paid $90 for a full body review as my pet has tumours. They only reviewed the ones I had found myself and didn’t investigate his body. When I arrived home after the appointment I noticed several more tumours that were not investigated or even noticed by the vet. I call to say that a full body review wasn’t done as I’ve found 3 more within an hour of leaving the vet. I called to explain they didn’t complete the review and asked to come back so what I paid for would be completed. I was told vets will only look at what is directly pointed out and didn’t not review his body and would charge me a further $90 to look at his body again, despite not doing it the first appointment. Poor service, do not listen to consumers, do not investigate your animals body properly, this could have been life and death for my pup and they didn’t even care to to their job probably or wanted to rectify the issue. Lack of empathy or professional care.

Being told to follow my dog around with a specimen bottle in hand to catch some urine was bad enough. A few months later I was desperate for a repeat prescription. Was told I would have to pay a consult fee for said script plus $$ for script. Didn't have enough money & was told to call back when I'd saved up $150. WON'T be going back
