They almost always have what I need and are so knowledgeable, the very few times they didn't have what I needed they knew exactly were to get it. I always try them first for everything such kind and helpful staff!

Extremely racist!!! If you WHITE, you probably experienced great service. However on both occasions I visited I was not even acknowledged. Everyone else that was white got greeted with great enthusiasm and got great customer service. Unfortunately I wasn't the right colour, Pathetic!

I've visited this place on a couple of occasions and although according to other reviewers who find the staff very helpful I was not so impressed. On both occasions even though they weren't busy not one staff member acknowledged me or offered any assistance.

I purchased a generic, all purpose charger for my boom box about a year ago - the boys there knew exactly what I needed. However, the adapter broke (I guess a year of hard use I got my monies worth) so I went back to buy another attachment as the transformer was still in working order. After explaining to the boys there they informed me that I would have to buy a whole new one as they couldn’t get the adapters separately. However, they had a look in their drawer and found a spare and gave it to me for FREE! They were also very helpful when I was looking for a new battery for my yacht. Great team!

As a pretence, Jaycar Corporate please screen your managers reading abilities before hiring them.Bought a bottle of 500g 3d printing resin from this store yesterday, didn't open it or remove it from the packaging.I went in today to request a refund under the 7 day change of mind only for the store clerks and managers who seem to be Experts" on 3d printing to tell me my reasoning is wrong and instead of processing my refund

Incredible service from Alex, both informing, entertaining and delivered with enthusiasm. Very professional! We sourced marine speakers here at a great price in addition to a range of cables to connect our various tech pieces.
