Terrible experience. Does NOT deserve any star rating. They damaged the iPhone 12 Pro Max after trying to fix the external back housing. It was the cheapest repair part ever made with thin plastic. When they returned it to me the back of it bubbled up and looked horrible. The colour was also not correct as it was light pink. I asked for it to be removed as it was not up to standard.After many hours of this I discovered they damaged some internal parts of the iPhone whilst repairing the external back housing. The damages consisted of:- Scratch marks all through the silver backing of the iPhone.- A black seal over the circular coil was not returned and left the wireless charging functions vulnerable without it over the exposed coil.- Glue residue all over the back of the iPhone.- The outer ring around the coil is peeling off and extremely flimsy.In addition, we also received a service for replacing of the front glass screen protector. Taking a closer look it has small air bubbles throughout it. Could not complete any of our repair work that was needed and received poor customer service along with the ordeal.In the end, I still paid for the front glass screen protector after they damaged the iPhone. Clearly the manager and technician were incompetent and could not live up to the company name of ‘Repair Xperts’.

Great service and value here. Hayden was able to repair a piece of jewellery while I waited. A tricky job that two other shops wouldn't take on. Delighted to have this mended!

Highly recommended. Ranjita and Hayden are great to deal with. Courteous, friendly, professional service with a fast turnaround and good price. I took my daughter's phone in on a Saturday around midday and they had it repaired by Sunday afternoon. New screen and screen protector expertly fitted. Three months on and working fine. Good to see people making a successful business with happy customers.

I visited their store after reading positive reviews online and found out the reason for such high ratings. The male staff who assessed my phone was polite, professional and helpful from start to finish. He not only diagnosed the cause of the problem in an hour but remained polite even after I decided not to use their service (after finding out I still had my warranty). He even offered to charge my dead phone so I could use it in the meantime. I recommend this store for their attentive and professional service.

My kids ipad had an unfortunate accident and the screen got cracked. The kids love their ipad, so I knew I had to get it fixed, sooner rather than later. I took it to Repair Experts @ Burwood. Hayden was very helpful and organized the fix for me. Was able to pick it up in just over an hour. Repair Experts price was fair too. Will most likely visit again.

Amazing service! Went in late on Thursday night as they were closing needing an emergency screen replacement, the lovely lady serving stayed back to fix for us. Done in 15mins! Highly recommend! Fast, friendly and efficient!

Wow. What a service. They supposed to close by 7, but still served me by 7.30pm. I only want to buy a screen protector, but the staff did it for me super quick and tidy + clean my charging port as well. Above and beyond service!
