And seen these fighters constantly appear at Path to Hex in Melbourne.They have quality fighters with great accuracy and quality.If I lived in Sydney I would definitely train here.I have recently recommended my family in Nsw to send there kids there if they want good quality fighters.

A few years ago I was looking all around Sydney for an MMA gym with all the attributes I was looking for.1. A knowledgeable coach with a commitment to teach on a personal level2. Quality training partners and quality training3. Training that was specific to MMA and real world self defence4. An emphasis on No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and effective striking.5. Great atmosphereI tried out a lot of the MMA gyms in the Sydney area. It was a tedious process and I had to go through a few oddballs along the way. But in the end I found Lion's Den.I found that Lion's Den had better quality teaching and focused on techniques that were more effective and realistic. The coach is also a veteran martial artist and instructor having a comprehensive yet deep knowledge on all areas.

I've been training in martial arts most of my life and have trained in many different gyms in Sydney and internationally, I can't recommend Lions Den enough the coaching staff here are some of best and most experienced instructors in the country. Perfect for beginners or high level fighters
