Great coffee, decent food and very good burgers. A bit tight for space, but a great local Cafe. Probably the only acceptable local to meet friends, before driving to Fernies. One issue they have is flies when you're sitting inside. A good medical grade pesticide treatment wouldn't hurt, as I wouldn't want to see what the situation in the kitchen is like.

Fast service and pleasant coffee. Not the most idyllic spot to sit and drink being at the edge of a car park. Scoot down to the nearby park of your street greenery. At least it was open as advertised, on Sunday morning, unlike the nearby Coffee On The Way.

The food and coffee is really good! Unfortunately this is my local cafe and I have been here a lot of times and the service is average. There is some polite staff but for the majority you feel like a bother, never a smile or a hello, bare minimum. Which is so disappointing as I love supporting local. I even buy my coffee beans here but last time they we’re basically thrown at me and not sealed properly so I got coffee grounds all over me :(

Amazing little cafe with a great atmosphere, brilliant service and delicious food! We had the eggs Benny, one with halloumi and the other with bacon - would recommend. The coffee is also really good!

The coffee is nice. The food is very very average, gave it a try for the third time but everything just a bit old and stale. Cute cafe vibe.

Excellent food, excellent coffee, great atmosphere. You can tell they love what they do. Small little deck outside to bring your dog too. Can get a little busy so if you're ordering takeaway food just ask how long and settle in with a coffee if you're in a rush.

Used to love D-SOL for great coffee, hearty atmosphere by Chris and very tasty cakes.Unfortunately, new owners changed suppliers and cakes now are mediocre.Really sorry to loose such a lovely spot

The food is so-so. The venue is noisy. The service was average - bringing meals to the wrong tables; bringing coffee in take-away cups instead of actual cups; not clearing tables in a timely manner; the floor was sticky from spills that hadn't been cleaned up. Overall, this place is ok, but I wouldn't recommend it.

We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. Every good cafe is busy on a weekend morning but it didn’t feel chaotic which is good. We ordered kids milkshakes that looked fun and we’re yummy. The kids portions would have suited an adult which is nice as normally kids ones are too small. We ordered eggs bene bacon and smashed avo with sides of egg bacon and hash. They were both delicious- the hollandaise was a bit fragrant like perfume.

Amazing breakfast, right potion size and good service. The food was tasty and fresh. Lots of parking nearby and sufficient seating. The coffee was not that great. Will come back here for breakfast.
