Just great service and products. Broome pearls are some of the best in the world. They do not sell the cheap Asian pearls, only quality WA cultured.

wow, had a fantastic day with air kimberley flying us out over the horizontal falls and onto cygnet bay and then the pearl tour, a very enjoyable day, delicious meal, informative tour and a brilliant boat ride, would totally recommend this tour

My wife and I started our experiences with Cygnet Bay Pearls with a visit to the pearl farm. Two days later, I went to the store in Broome where I spent more time learning about this fascinating industry and the pearls.The staff were very attentive and the service was excellent. Nearly a year later, we required a small adjustment to one of our items. Cygnet Bay Pearls were equally attentive on this call as when I visited the store. We have been informed of progress in a very timely manner.The service, friendliness and attitude of the staff has been first class in all my dealings. And, the jewellery is beautiful.

Your Staff need to hold a certain composure while not at work when saying they work there. I won't be visiting just due to the foul mouthed staff member little miss blonde.

Came in to visit (Dampier Terrace) today and purchase a necklace I had seen and loved on the website. Stood inside for approximately 10-15 minutes and was completely ignored by staff. Both staff members had seen me, the only customer in the store, and offered no assistance. They remained in the back room and did not even welcome me to the store. Momentarily I thought I might be offered assistance when a staff member walked out on the phone, but I was wrong. I believe this to be very poor customer service and that I should not have to call out or beg for a staff members attention. Frustrated, I walked to Willie Creek Pearl Farm about 50m down the road and was greeted immediately and was helped for approximately 30 minutes before I found the pearl necklace I loved and purchased. Would recommend that store highly over this store where presumably they judge people’s wallets by their appearance.

I purchased gorgeous pearl earrings in May 2021. The service was exceptional and the quality amazing. After a few months the catch on one earring didn't work securely. As I live interstate, CBP were happy for me to post the earrings back, they fixed the catch at no cost to me and posted them back. I cannot fault the service they provide and highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

We enjoyed our dinner cruise, staff were great, meal was ok.The brochure advertised quite a bit cheaper and the meal was different to the brochure. Maybe when you book the cruise they should advise you of the changed.

Pearl shop is okay. Like most. The pool is good but small and usually very busy, lots of kids but great for them because there is nothing else at the campground. The restaurant is underwhelming, fish and chips, parmy, Barra. Nothing special. Campground is like every other red dust, Midgie plagued campground we encountered in the top end and the Kimberley. Some sites big and flat ours narrow and ankle breaking uneven. Trees are nice. Facilities very poor.Staff excellent. Very professional and friendly.
