Good people.

We hired our house out through this company for approximately 6 years. We decided we wanted to put our house up on the market through this company as we were loyal customers. A few weeks later we travelled up to our holiday house for the Easter weekend. We always do a thorough clean ourselves before we leave and get a post clean through the company as well. This time the company decided to charge as $400 for a post clean! When all other cleans had been $120. We were told the cleaners spent 9 hours at our house… cleaning it …! We knew it wasn’t in a bad state as we had cleaned it ourselves before we left. We spent 8 months trying to negotiate with the company about this ridiculous 9 hour clean however they were quite rude about it. We were told there we new owners and knowing that we were selling the house they just wanted to get a little more profit out of us. We would give 0 stars if we could. Do not recommend.
