Bryce Houston and his team. Bryce and his team were amazing. In our first interview with Bryce we told him of our time frame and price range and that day he took the first couple through our property. The team were informative, professional and respectful throughout the processes of selling our property. It's always a little stressful buying and selling property regardless of the market demands and they were able to take off some of that stress from us and worked with us and achieved a price we were happy with. Bryce has an awesome work ethic and has instilled that same energy in his sales team. If you're after a sales team that knows their area and has a realistic and honest sense of the market, then Bryce Houston of Harcourts, Carrum Downs is a great place to start.

Applying for a rental was really easy, very thorough and I found out if I was successful in just a couple of days. Staff are friendly and willing to help. My only negative was the amount of the rental, I had no idea that the rental price could change, I had no idea if you apply for a rental at a certain amount that when they drop the rental amount you don't automatically receive the lower rate. Going to be tough for this single mumma. :( But I am wrapped I got the property.

Great service and communication. Recently applied for a rental and their service and communication was great. Made the experience stress free and so easy to deal with. This is our 2nd rental with them and recommend highly.

Amazing Sales Agent who listened..... Bryce was a great Sales Agent who listened to my needs, kept things open and honest, presented all offers, even the silly ones, and found the best buyer for my property come sales time. I didn't have to listen to all the 'catch phrases' that come with some of the cowboy agents, it was honest and open communication from the start. With rates going up every month and the market as volatile as it is, he did a great job, got the price I was looking for and a quick settlement to boot. Couldn't recommend him enough if you're looking at selling in this area.

Harcourts Carrum Downs - Staff are very professional and friendly. I find it easy dealing with my agents who look after my units.Previous agent (Tara) and current agent (Valene). Both agents, previous and current are very nice to work with when there is something to do in the units. They are awesome. Valene is fantastic as my current agent!!

I have been renting a property through Harcourts Carrum Downs for almost 9 years. In this time I have dealt with Kaitlyn and Paula as my agents, who have done routine inspections every six months. They have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with and very quick to log any maintenance requests. Prior to this time I have only ever had negative experiences with real estate agents, so I was shocked to have such great interactions with them as the tenant.I've also had dealings with Bryce, who is in the sales team. Bryce has always been so lovely to deal. He's friendly and easy to talk to and always willing to share his knowledge or advice when I have asked him.I highly recommend this real estate agency. I would give 10 stars if I could! Bryce is just amazing! What a gentleman! Bryce has kept in touch with me over the years, always honest and took the time to speak to me when he knew we had no intention to sell at all during that time. When it was finally time to sell my investment property, I knew that he was the right person to help us. Bryce's guidance, honesty and advice was spot on and along with his amazing assistant Olivia, they make a magnificent team. I really can't speak highly enough of Bryce and his team and am so grateful for the amazing price they achieved for us - and not to forget to mention that he made the whole process fun along the way!!! Jane is a fabulous and efficient property manager. Jane has been wonderful to deal with during the application and approval process. She has been highly responsive and extremely efficient. She is able to align landlord and renter interests to get positive outcomes.

Great Selling Experience. Bryce did an amazing job in the selling of my home. Can't ask for anything more than a honest agent that has great communication skills.
