Very impressed. Living almost 12 hours away from my mum, I left my online order for Mother's Day til the day before and although disappointed to see the message on late orders on the website, I was prepared for the order to be delivered on the Monday. Was very pleasantly surprised that the order was delivered late on Saturday, the same day as my order! Very grateful for the excellent service and will definitely use again. Thank you so much!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!TODAY ( MONDAY 15th) at 3.45pm I was delivered scrappy flowers that were meant to be for my birthday on 11th of May. My stepdaughter is under incredible life challenges at present but was determined to send me some what she thought nice flowers. How dare this business feel delivering 4 days after the event without so much as an apology to be acceptable!!!!!!. I am super angry just because i live in a rural area doesnt mean i should get second rate service. To say you forgot is not good enough. Maybe you should give my step daughter a refund or send her a big bunch of flowers to apologise!!!!!

I ordered flowers on Monday morning to be delivered to Bargara. They were delivered the same afternoon, with the delivery fee included in the price. Whilst I didn't see the flowers myself the recipients were delighted with them.
