Shane did a property inspection for a house we wanted to buy and gave us a detailed report that he was more than happy to discuss further and explain when I called him back. This is the second time we have used bmc inspections!Shane is an absolute delight to deal with!Our first time we used Shane he found that the property we were looking at was termite infested!With over 80 thousand dollars worth of damage!We are so glad we got him in we could be 80 thousand dollar out of pocket if we didn’t!Would definitely use again, and recommend to others with no hesitation !!

Shane was very good here. Spoke to him prior to appointment and then again after he did the report. The report was easy enough to read. The bits I didn’t understand, Shane went through it with me. So all in all, a simple process. Would recommend.

Outstanding service. BMC building inspections definitely live up to there great name!We were recommended by friends of ours!I loved that I only had to make one phone call and they did the rest!I found Shane to be thorough and extremely efficient with so much knowledge of the building and termite industry!Shane gave us a great understanding of the problems the home we were buying had and the costs that involved fixing them!Which were not cheap and we decided not to purchase the property!We will definitely be using Shane again and highly recommend him to others!

From the moment I called Shane at BMC building inspections he was a delight to deal with! We found Shane very professional and he had a wealth of knowledge! We were able to organize an inspection at late notice (on a Friday). Once Shane had completed the inspection he sent a detailed easy to read report and called up straight away to go over the issues the building had and the costs involved to rectify them. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommended him.
