Went in for a specific ul pad that the website said they had in stock. When someone came to help I asked for the lightest one to see what they would suggest. The staff member showed me not the lightest one. I then asked if they had the one I wanted and he said it’s very expensive. And that was it. I went to the counter to purchase my other items and saw it in the glass cabinet but by then had given up and decided just to buy it online from another seller where it was much cheaper.

Really helpful staff, great quality products. We purchased a bag online and came into store to replace it. The staff were fabulous and it was super easy to replace. A little pricey, but everything is fab quality!

A great outdoor store for all your outdoor activity gear. From hiking packs to clothes, gloves and hats, to shoes and boots, to bladder packs, compass, headlamps and maps. It's all there.Staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.Located on Lonsdale Street in Braddon, parking can be tricky on that street, especially during busy times in the middle of the day and weekends.Well worth a visit and the sales are good when they are on.Join the membership club and you'll get discounts and generous special offers throughout the year.

Great store. So many staff working and all ask if you need help.Shop was well stocked.Only let down was the lack of wide fit shoes.Was looking for a good quality shoe but unfortunately they couldn’t provide.Will definitely be back for my other needs.

Nice range of travel bags, camping gear, clothing and shoes. A friendly staff member provided me with great service and helpful advice on hiking shoes. At another occasion a different team member was able to do a price match with an online store for a travel bag. It was easy to deal with.Car park can be challenging in this area but it's a pleasant experience shopping here.
