Great real estate morals. Anthony knows how to handle both the vendor and buyer with impeccable manners and morals. We loved the Cook’s process when selling. Everything was easy to understand and well laid out. Anthony was very approachable and willing to work to our needs. He showed other agents in his office our property for their opinion on selling price so there was an overall consensus and it let them get a feel for it if they also needed to do an inspection if he was unavailable. I would highly recommend Anthony, he genuinely loves the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable in his approach to obtain the best price for both seller and buyer.
