My favourite open water swim place, nicely setup sighting buoys and poles, the lap around the Cerebus and out to a few poles is extremely popular.

Terrible oven which takes forever to cook, but the staff were incredible and really helped to make our event special. Great views from the balcony. Very difficult to locate in the dark.

One of the safest and most scenic beaches around. You've got amazing cliffs 200m away which are great for exploring (be careful - not suitable for little kids).Perfect water for kids as it's only 1m deep at 50m from shore. There's also a fish and chip shop right there. And a pier you can wander along and get a better look at the Cerberus (sunken Battleship 200 offshore). Really is a 5 star location.

Love this spot! Great for a snorkel around the sunken submarine, sit under the pier in the water or just chill on the beach. There is a fish and chip shop here as well!

We went to visit the beach at low tide. My 5 year old nephew loved exploring the rock pools etc. But on a nice day, especially if it's a weekend, parking can be an issue, is too expensive and the machine has limited payment options; wouldn't surprise me if this is deliberate by Council in a means to fine and revenue raise.We were told once to park in a side street then cross busy Beach Rd with a child, and no pedestrian crossing near by. Genius, and very dangerous
