Had great fun with the kids. Something there for all ages. The last two hours from 3pm to 5pm were the best for the slides as the lines were practically non existent.

VERY disappointed with this pool. I was charged $44 dollars for me, my toddler and my daughter. The only one who used the slides was my daughter, me and toddler were using the toddler lagoon. At the reception I was told it was $44 for the 3 of us. Anyways, I paid for it and next day I went to Albany Creek and I was charged $18 dollars for exactly the same facilities, so I wrote an email to Chermside and apparently I was charged for $12 dollars mum & bub deal (toddler lagoon) and 2 passes for the water park, so I was double charged and no one had even attempted to explain this to me or to address it. Facilities are not impressive, they look old and outdated for the money they are charging, definitely a rip off for 1 hour swimming.

entry fee is fantastic value for money. We got there on open, so pretty much was no lines for rides. Had a blast and will be back. Only thing I believe needs addressing Is the pools and ground floors. Plenty of fun for all ages. All the pool are heated besides the little children one. Five stars for value and good customer service

Seriously the best place to take the family on a hot day, there is so much to keep the kids entertained for hours, big + small slides, from toddlerhood to teenagers just a fabulous day. Not too busy and the life guards were friendly but absaloutly on the ball 11/10

First time on Christmas Eve. Fairly priced. Plenty of seating and covered areas. It wasn't very busy which was great, because there were no lines for the slides. We were able to take in our own food, which is great for a large group.Staff that we interacted with and welcomed us on arrival, were friendly and helpful. My only negative would be the Bathrooms could do with an update. Apart from that we had a great time. We will definitely be back, it's a great day out for the family.

Dirty Unmaintained premises. Water smells like urine and slides are way to crowded. Some Staff are arrogant and rude knowitalls. Loads of dodgy people hanging around And the back gate is left unlocked. Save your money for a proper park.

What a great day out. We were there from 10am to 3pm and we could have stayed longer. During that time, everyone was having fun on the slides and pools. We will definitely be going back.

Would be a great day out if it was better run, cleaner, shorter queues, and had regular maintenance. $53 for a family of 4, nowhere to sit, no shade available, no hot food before the 'kitchen' closed completely - we had to pack up and leave to be able to feed the kids.Would not be in a rush to head back.
