Bec and her team were an absolute delight to be around this morning. I was slightly nervous for two reasons, this was my first time in the salon and was also going from having really long hair all my life to wanting a shoulder length bob cut. Big changes like that can cause some healthy nerves, but Bec was really good at keeping me preoccupied, listened to exactly how I wanted my hair & looked at the photo's I had for inspiration and I am blown away. The prices are quite reasonable for the amazing service you get, needless to say, I will most definitely be a return customer and recommending my friends & family. Thank you Bec!! xx

UNBELIEVABLE service. Bec has been cutting and colouring my hair for over 20 years.I call her the short style queen. Cut is amazing, colour just what I wanted and I always walk out feeling on top of the world.Love the vibe in the salon and love these girls

The girls at HWA is amazing! Once you walk in you are greeted instantly. Maddy has been doing my hair for years now and never once has made my hair look bad. She takes pride in making sure your hair always looks the best! I always feel a million bucks whenever I go see the girls at HWA xxx

Moving from the City during covid , the girls at HWA took me in as a new client, and I've had the best hair colour and care for years. I look younger and fresher. Wonderful caring and professional service.

Good customer service. Good quality haircuts. Probably the best hairdresser I've found in the blue mountains area. A bit over priced tho. $180 for a cut and colour.
