Pretty awful customer service and zero follow up on quality. Our water system has slowed to a trickle for the second time in 12 months and we were told that we can only expect around 5 months from a filter, in spite of the website saying 12 months. Definitely worth looking at alternatives.

Indifferent, rude and poor service from the woman who answered the phone when I had an inquiry about a delivery that I ordered. Knows nothing about customer service. Avoid!
